Remember, O Sweet Mother,

Our Lady of the Afflicted,

That were given to us by Jesus

for Our support and protection!

Full of confidence in your goodness,

we implore your help.

Help me and those for whom I pray.

Dear Mother, Lady of the Afflicted,

kindly accept these our prayers

and deign to attend to them.

Extend your intercession over us,

turn your merciful eyes towards us.

source of Love and Forgiveness,
